Dawn was born and raised in Michigan, making many trips to Jamestown, New York. After graduation, she moved to Florida and joined the Navy, traveling to several countries while living in Italy. Dawn transplanted to Washington in 1996, where she’s raised two fabulous children, Chelsi and Lance. They enjoy playing soccer, football, ski/snowboarding, and just spending time together as a family.
